Features, functionality, and content may change or be removed at any time without notice. Dytomic INC. makes no guarantees or warranties—express or implied—regarding the accuracy, reliability, or performance of the app in its current state. Users should understand that the demo is subject to bugs, crashes, or other unexpected behavior. Use of this app is at your own discretion and risk.

Dytomic INC. ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in relation to the Pirate Raids: Conquest demo access program.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following personal information through our website when you register for access to the demo build:

First Name
Last Name
Email Address

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely for the purpose of:

Adding your email address to the testing list on Google Play Console and AppleTestFlight.
Sending you an email with the private download link for the demo version of Pirate Raids: Conquest.

We do not sell, share, or use your personal information for any other purpose. We do not collect any in-app data from users during gameplay.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your information is stored securely and only accessible by authorized members of our team for the purposes stated above. We take reasonable steps to protect your data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

4. Third-Party Services

Although Pirate Raids: Conquest itself does not collect or transmit user data during gameplay, the platforms used to distribute the demo (Google Play and Apple TestFlight) may have their own privacy policies and data handling practices. We encourage you to review those policies when using their services.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us atadmin@dytomic.com. Upon request, we will remove your personal information from our systems and from the test access list.

6. Changes to This Policy

If our data collection practices change in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and notify all registered users before any changes take effect.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Dytomic INC. (“Developer”) for the use of Pirate Raids: Conquest (“Game”).

By downloading or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Dytomic INC. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use this Game solely for personal, non-commercial, testing, or entertainment purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
Distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Game.
Use the Game to develop competing software or for any unlawful activity.

3. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the Game, including all intellectual property rights, remain with Dytomic INC.

4. No Warranties

The Game is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. Dytomic INC. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and performance.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Dytomic INC. be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Game, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Dytomic INC. may terminate it at any time without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete it from your device.
